Yes, provided that, all the requirements are completed and the
application form is duly filled in and properly signed.

Can someone else collect the visa/passport on other's
behalf?
Answer.
Yes, as long as he/she will bring the collection number and/or
letter of authority to pick up with identification card.

Can someone get visa upon arrival?
Answer.
It is not guaranteed, it is strongly advised to apply for visa
at this Consulate in Melbourne to avoid uncertainties or
inconvenience. It is highly recommended that you secure a visa
before traveling to Tanzania.

Can I get visa within 24
hours?
Answer.
Due to demand, an optional express visa is available at an
extra fee of A$20.00 (administrative costs) above the normal
fee; normally processed within 24 hours after receipt of an
application or A$25 for the same day service subject to prior
appointment / arrangement.

What are the Maximum days of stay in Tanzania?
Answer.
One can enter Tanzania within 90 days from the date of the
issued visa, provided passport remains valid. One can stay in
Tanzania for up to the No. of days mentioned in visa.
Extension of the stay can be applied at the Immigration HQ in
Dar es Salaam.

In Visa application form, what do you mean by saying "Means at
your disposal for proposed visit"?
Answer.
It means how much amount you will carry with you to support
yourself.

Is Yellow fever vaccination (Y.F.V.) necessary?
Answer.
It is not compulsory. Since Tanzania is in the list of yellow
fever endemic zone, it is advisable to have a vaccination even
when one is flying directly to Tanzania. In case one did not
have time to get vaccination before travelling, the service is
provided at the airport free of charge.
